How would you like a Christmas bonus?

A little something for your Christmas stocking…

People say that getting one of our boxes is a bit like unwrapping a Christmas present.

Well, now you won’t have a ‘batteries not included’ experience to spoil your surprise.

All of our ALIX, net5501 and nuxV units now include a bonus null modem cable (or a PS2 keyboard / mouse splitter cable for the ALIX 1’s).

It’s the parts you don’t realise you need until it’s too late, just like those pesky batteries on Christmas morning.

And our fit-PC2s now include either a bonus SD micro/mini adapter pack or a miniUSB to USB A adapter.

Free freight until 31 January 2011

Another present for you!

From now until January 31, you can get all of your goodies shipped for nix.

Direct from our workshop elves to your door, anywhere in Australia, for nothing!

I hope you’ve been good this year!

Case Study: Steel-Line Garage Doors

Using a fit-PC2 for a production line display

Entries for our ‘Rip Snorter’ competition are already flowing in.

This month we’re featuring a case study from Steel-Line Garage Doors, who are using a fit-PC2 with Windows 7 for production line data capture and to display daily production targets.

You can read more about this and other case studies on our case studies page.

And if you want to enter our competition, for your chance to win one of our new dual rack mount nuxV 1600 servers, valued at over $2400, then get your thinking cap on, and write us a fantastic case study.

Entries close on 28 February 2011.

Christmas & New Years hours

And here are the important dates for our end-of-year period again, just in case you missed them last time.

Christmas lunch

We’re taking our awesome staff out for Christmas lunch next Wednesday, 8 December, to say thank you for all their hard work this year.

So we’ll be closed next Wednesday, 8 December 2010, and open again at 9AM on Thursday morning, as per usual.

End-of-year closure

Wednesday, 22 Dec, 1:00PM – The absolute latest you’ll need to place (and pay for) your order by, if you want it to arrive before Christmas.

You’ll need to order even earlier if you’re outside of the Express Post area (ask us if you’re not sure), or if it’s a large order.

Of course we’ll happily process your last minute order, but we just can’t guarantee it will arrive in time. So get in early, OK?

Thursday, 23 Dec, 1:00PM – When we close for our Christmas break.

Thursday, 13 Jan, 9:00AM – When we reopen after our Christmas break.

You’re more than welcome to place orders via the website during this period, but we won’t be answering the phones, shipping orders, or responding to emails until we reopen.

Have a safe and fun holiday season, and we’ll see you back again in January.
