Credit cards accepted

Credit Card

You can pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards.

We don’t charge a credit card surcharge, not even for American Express.

You can provide your credit card details using our secure online shop, or if you prefer, you can contact us by phone or fax.

Please don’t email us your credit card details, as there’s no way for us to keep them secure when they’re in plain text in an email.

We’ll charge your card when we are ready to ship your order, except for special orders, which will be charged when they are placed, to confirm your order.

We don’t accept credit cards for orders shipped to a PO Box, or outside of Australia. Please contact us if this will cause problems for you.

Please visit our international orders page for more information.

Cheque or Money Order

You can post us a cheque or money order for your order, made out to “Yawarra Information Appliances Pty Ltd”, and mailed to PO Box 606, Boronia VIC 3155.

To help us match your payment to your order, we’d really appreciate it if you’d also include a copy of your order with your payment.

Please allow 3 – 4 days for clearance of cheques and money orders.

Proforma Invoice

We’re also happy to email you a proforma invoice to pay on if you prefer.

A proforma invoice is basically a draft invoice (like a quote, but for an actual order), which gives you a chance to check the invoice details, such as delivery address, freight charges and product options, quantities and pricing.

When you’re happy with the invoice, you make payment, and we then ship you the goods, and email you an official tax invoice (or a commercial invoice if you’re overseas).

Got all of that?

Great! Then it must be time to choose some goodies.
