To shop at Yawarra:

  1. Browse through our online shop, clicking on product names to see more information or select options.
  2. Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button whenever you get the urge. (You can check the contents of your cart at any time by going to View Cart on the top right-hand side of the screen.)
  3. When you’re happy with your order, go to the Checkout, fill in your details, answer a couple of quick questions, select a shipping and payment method, and click ‘Place order’.

It’s as easy as that!

Ordering

You can place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you don’t want to use our online shop, you can email or fax your purchase order to us, or contact us by phone to place your order.

In fact, you have lots of options when it comes to placing your order. We are very flexible!

We process and ship orders during our normal business hours, which are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Shipping

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving your order and full payment and we’ll let you know promptly if your order is delayed for any reason.

We are no longer able to guarantee same-day shipping. We’ll continue, as always, to ship your order as rapidly as possible.

For fastest dispatch, we recommend that you place your order as early in the day as possible (or the day before), and pay by credit card or by direct deposit (for existing customers) and email us a copy of your offical payment receipt.

If you require a Proforma Invoice, please allow up to 24 hours for us to generate your invoice and email it to you.

There will be some orders that we won’t be able to ship quickly regardless, because we may not have the stock on hand, or we may need extra time to assemble your items.

Pricing

All of our prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax), which is currently set at 10%.

Discounts

If you order 5 or more of any (full-priced stock) item, you qualify for a quantity discount, which we’ll apply as we process your order. If you’re paying by direct deposit, please wait until we send you an updated invoice before making payment, to save you paying too much.

If you’re after reseller, OEM or volume pricing, please contact us.

The size of your discount depends on the item and the quantity ordered – generally the more you buy, the bigger the discount.

We also offer discounts to members of SAGE-AU, the System Administrators Guild of Australia. Please visit their website for more information on how to redeem your discount.

Payment

You’ll need to pay for your order in full before we’ll ship anything to you. We don’t offer credit terms.

You can pay for your order by direct deposit, credit card, cheque or money order.

We can also issue proforma invoices and formal quotes if you need them. Just place your order on our website and select ‘Proforma Invoice’ or ‘Formal Quote’ as your payment method as you go through the checkout.

We also provide an original hard copy tax invoice with every order.

Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated from the size and weight of your order.

Your shipping options and charges are displayed on the checkout page.

Making changes

If you discover you’ve made a mistake with your order, or decide you want to change something about it, please let us know as soon as possible, preferably within 30 minutes of placing your order.

You’d be surprised how quickly we can process orders, so you may find we’ve half-finished it by the time you contact us.

You can’t change your order once it has been dispatched.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible, preferably within 30 minutes of placing your order.

We’d prefer to have your cancellation request in writing (via email or fax) so we’re crystal clear on what you want to happen.

If you’ve already made payment, we’ll charge you a cancellation fee of 10%, to cover labour and administrative costs.

You can’t cancel your order once it has been dispatched.

Product availability

Products listed on our website are usually in stock, and we do our best to keep it that way.

Some items may be listed as having limited stock, which means that they are only available in small quantities. Please check with us before ordering them in large quantities, to make sure that we can fill your order.

Some items may be listed as ‘out of stock’, ‘waiting for stock to arrive’ or available by ‘special order’. If your order includes an item that is ‘out of stock’, ‘waiting on stock’ or ‘special order’, you may choose to:

  • wait for additional stock to arrive to receive your whole order
  • receive part of your order now, and the remaining items when they arrive

If you choose part-shipment of your order, you may incur additional shipping costs. We’ll let you know if that applies to you.

If you don’t tell us what you want to do when you place your order, we’ll definitely be in touch to discuss your options. We’ll also give you an estimated delivery time for the out-of-stock items.

Please contact us for more information on products that are listed as discontinued, end-of-line or unknown.

Special orders

We have access to a wider range of products than we list in our online shop or keep in stock.

They may be listed in our shop as being available by ‘special order’, mentioned in passing on our website, or neither.

We’re more happy to order in products specially for you, provided that we can readily source them and they are somewhat related to our current product range.

There will almost certainly be a lead time and you’ll need to pay for your order in full in advance.

Large orders

To ensure general stock availability, we may place limits on the quantities of certain items that can be ordered from stock.

If you place a large order for a stock item, we may have to ask you to wait while more stock is manufactured and/or delivered.

Our ordering limits and manufacturing lead times vary depending on the item, so please ask us and we’ll be happy to fill you in.

If you are able to predict your needs and place orders in advance, we will be able to provide you with much better service.
