Shipping methods

The Shipping and Handling charge for your order is calculated as you go through the checkout, based on the weight and size of your order.

You can choose between Express Post or Parcel Post, or use your existing account with your own courier.

If our available shipping options don’t suit you, please let us know.

Please note: A handling fee of $5 applies if you choose your own shipping method, instead of using one of our standard options.

Australia Post

For smaller orders, we recommend shipping by Express Post from Australia Post, which ensures speedy delivery for a reasonable cost.

You should receive your order the next day if you are within the Express Post national or state networks (see for details). Please allow up to three days for delivery in other areas.

For larger orders, you may prefer to ship your order by Parcel Post from Australia Post, to minimise your shipping costs.

Orders shipped by Parcel Post will take longer to arrive, ranging from 2 business days for Metro Melbourne to 6 business days (or more) for regional areas.

All parcels shipped using Australia Post are fully trackable on the Australia Post website.


For bulky orders or high value orders, we recommend shipping by courier. Our preferred courier companies are DHL, TNT and Jet Couriers (Melbourne Metro only).

If you’d like your order shipped by courier, please contact us and we’ll organise a custom shipping quote for you.

Delivery is same day or overnight for Melbourne Metro, 1-2 days within Victoria, 1-3 days to other major metropolitan areas and up to a week in other regional areas.

If you are looking at placing an order of this size, please feel free to contact us to discuss available volume discounts.

Urgent Orders

If you need your order urgently, we may be able to arrange overnight first class or same day delivery, but you’ll need to contact us first to discuss your options.

Please be prepared to pay a premium for this service.


We’ll ship your order as soon as we receive your payment and the funds are cleared.

Please provide us with a physical address for delivery of your order and ensure that someone is present at the delivery address during business hours.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes for orders paid by credit card. If this is a problem for you, please contact us.
