| All goods sold by Yawarra come with a 12 month back-to-base warranty, from the date of delivery, covering hardware failure and including the cost of parts and labour. Back-to-base means that you will need to cover the cost of returning the goods to us for warranty service. |

| Please do not return any goods without first contacting us to discuss the problem and to obtain a return authorisation number. Please download, print, complete and sign our 'Return of Goods' form and include it with your goods. When returning goods, please ensure that they are adequately packaged to reduce the risk of being damaged in transit. |

| We will do our best to resolve your warranty issue quickly. Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired, at our discretion. As soon as your goods have been serviced under warranty, we will return them to you at no additional cost. |
 |
| This warranty does not cover damage or fault due to accident, abuse, incorrect use, unauthorised repairs, or use with non-standard components. |
