Check the contents of your cart at any time by going to View Cart on the top right-hand side of the screen.
When you're happy with your order, go to the Checkout, fill in your details, select a payment method, answer a couple of quick questions and place your order.

Ordering
You can place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We process and ship orders during our normal business hours, which are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. We endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment and we'll let you know if your order is delayed for any reason.
For same-day shipping, you'll need to place your order by 1PM, Melbourne time and pay by credit card. If you're not sure what time it is in Melbourne, check out our handy 'World Times' popup. Please note that some orders can't be shipped same day, regardless of order time, due to stock availability and processing requirements.
If you wish to place an order with us without using our online shop, you can or fax your purchase order to us, or contact us by phone to place your order.
All orders must be paid for in full before goods will be shipped. We do not offer credit terms.
You can pay for your order by direct deposit, cheque, money order or by credit card. Please see our payment methods page for more information.
Please note that we provide an original hard copy tax invoice for every order.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellation must be in writing, by email or fax.
A cancellation fee of 10% applies to all orders once payment has been made, to cover labour and administrative costs. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Product availability
Products listed on our website are usually in stock. Items that are listed as having limited stock are only available in small quantities, so please check with us before placing a large order.
Some items may be listed as 'out of stock', 'waiting for stock to arrive' or as available 'by special order'.
If your order includes an item that is 'out of stock', 'waiting on stock' or 'by special order', you may choose to:
wait for additional stock to arrive to receive your whole order
receive part of your order now, and the remaining items when they arrive
If we don't receive particular instructions from you with your order, we will contact you to discuss your options. We will also give you an approximate delivery time for the out-of-stock items.
Please contact us for more information on products that are listed as discontinued, end-of-line or unknown.
Special orders
We have access to a wider range of products than we list in our catalogue or keep in stock. They may be listed in our catalogue as being available by 'special order', mentioned in passing on our website, or neither.
We are happy to order in products specially for you, provided that we can source them and they are related to our current product range. To organise a special order, please contact us by email or phone, to discuss your requirements.
Please note that there will almost certainly be a lead time and that we will need payment in full to confirm your order.
Large orders
To ensure general stock availability, we may place limits on the quantities of certain items that can be ordered from stock. If you place a large order for a stock item, we may have to ask you to wait while more stock is manufactured and/or delivered.
The ordering limits and manufacturing lead times vary depending on the item, so please ask us and we will be happy to provide you with details. We may be able to provide you with better service if you are able to predict your needs and place orders in advance.
