| Shipping Methods |
| Postage and handling for your order is calculated when you go through the checkout, and is determined by the weight, size and value of your order. |

| Express Post |
| For smaller orders and orders up to $3000 in value, we ship by Express Post from Australia Post. Our postage and handling charge is either $10, $13, $16, $21 or $25, depending on the size of your order. |
| Delivery is overnight if you are within the Express Post national or state networks (see auspost.com.au for details). Please allow up to three days for delivery in other areas. |

| Courier |
| For bulky orders or orders over $3000 in value, we ship by courier. Our postage and handling charge is $25 for orders placed via the website. For orders placed by phone, fax or email, or orders that include high-volume reseller pricing, we will provide you with a custom shipping quote. |
| Delivery is same day or overnight for Melbourne Metro, 1-2 days within Victoria, 1-3 days to other major metropolitan areas and up to a week in other regional areas. |

| For urgent orders, we can arrange overnight first class or same day delivery (where possible) at an additional cost. |
